Spa Hours
General Information
Lockers, robes, slippers, towels and other amenities are all provided. Please leave jewelry and valuables in your in-room safe. We are not responsible for personal belongings. The consumption of alcohol before, during, or directly after spa treatments is not recommended and no alcohol is permitted in the Spa facility.
Reservations
Appointments may be reserved by phone or online at www.pacificwatersspa.com, and must be secured with a valid credit card. Changes, cancellations or no shows within four hours of the appointment time will be billed in full.
Spa Etiquette
In an effort to maintain the tranquility of the spa we respectfully insist that all pagers and cell phones are turned off. Our Spa facility welcomes all guests 18 years of age and older and our full-service salon welcomes guests age 4 and older accompanied by an adult.
Day of your Spa Experience
Please check in at the Spa Reception Desk at least 30-60 minutes prior to your appointment. Communication is the key—we highly recommend that prior to your service you consult with your therapist about any concerns or areas of focus.
Gratuities
For your convenience, an 20% service charge is added to all services.
Spa Membership
In appreciation of your loyalty, we offer Spa Memberships. Prices vary according to duration and inclusions. Please inquire with the Spa Concierge for details. Spa Memberships may be purchased as a gift.
Gift Certificates
Present an unending gift of beauty and well-being to friends, family and yourself. Pacific Waters Spa gift certificates are available for all services and boutique items.
