Seating arrangements and room set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.

These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
Ceremony Room
Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style, if needed. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
Rehearsals
A professional wedding coordinator is required to assist you and your guests with the wedding rehearsal and ceremony. Your Catering Sales Manager will provide you with names of recommended coordinators.
Event Times
Weddings are offered during two time periods during the day: 11:00AM – 4:00PM and 6:00PM – 12:00 midnight. Times may vary based on specific dates and availability.

Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Every 8,000 points earned allows one overnight stay to be used at a later date.

Pricing
All food and beverage must be catered through the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach. A taxable 21% service charge and 8.75% sales tax is added to all food and beverages. (California State Board of Equalization Regulation No. 1603). A 25% non-refundable deposit is required with the signed contract. The second deposit, 50% of the estimated charges, will be due 90 days prior to the event. Your final balance is due 10 business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. A credit card must be kept on file for any overages and/or incidental charges following the event.

Guarantee
A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. The maximum overset will be 50 people. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
